Momentum is proud to announce the addition of Holly Nagatoshi, MSN, Ed, RN, CPEN as the organization’s Chief Clinical Officer. Holly will work with nursing and clinical programs across the Momentum organization.
Holly was most recently the Clinical Manager, COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. Holly is an experienced Senior Nursing and Operations leader with over 27 years of nursing and leadership experience. She started her work in healthcare working in EMS, working as a Paramedic while completing nursing school.
Her clinical and leadership experience includes Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency Transport, Adult, Pediatric and Trauma Emergency Services, Pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), Adult ICU, DOU, Telemetry, Risk Management, Primary Stroke Program Management, Urgent Care and Private Practice Management. Holly has facilitated BSN and MSN Courses in Nursing Leadership, Clinical Informatics, Facility Design, and Organizational Change. She is a published author and has lectured locally and at the State level. She has been nationally certified in each clinical specialty (RN-C NIC, CEN, CPEN, CFRN). She serves on school and community/professional organizational boards. She was a past President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Emergency Nurse’s Association. She believes that a collaborative, mutually respectful collaboration with physicians, healthcare leaders, patients, and their families will improve quality and care.
