Momentum offers an range of options and locations for people to find a “home” that is fit for their preferences and needs. Our 11 independent living apartment buildings help address the critical shortage of affordable, accessible housing in Southern California. In addition, we have aligned with the Irvine Community Land Trust and other developers to offer additional apartment living options within larger inclusive communities. Residents of our apartments have an increased sense of independence, with the ability to lead productive, autonomous lifestyles, contributing to their communities as citizens, employees, students, neighbors, and friends. Subsidies made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will ensure rents will never exceed 1/3 of each resident’s income.
