Momentum is proud to share that over the past year, 208 children, ages 18 months to 3 years, participated in our Leaps & Bounds and other early intervention programs. These programs combined education, therapy, and play to support their growth and development. We’re thrilled to celebrate every milestone they’ve achieved!

In 2024, Momentum provided 157,248 hours of residential support across 18 group homes, ensuring adults with disabilities and health conditions have a safe and supportive environment to live with dignity and purpose.

Thank You to Our Holiday Heroes
Thank you to the holiday heroes at Sullivan Curtis Monroe Insurance Services, LLC, who organized their holiday party this year with a mission in mind and collected over 100 toys for our Momentum Families! The toys immediately went into action, brightening the spirits of the children and families that our Pediatric team supports and creating more smiles than we can count!
