Devon Stern Golf Tournament 2023

We are delighted to have you join the Devon Stern Momentum Golf Tournament on July 17, 2023. The funds raised benefit the Devon Stern Children’s Endowment Fund at Momentum. This fund was created to ensure that children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities will unlock their potential as we help transform the quality of life. The joint tournament with our subsidiary organization will also support pediatric programming at Momentum WORK, Inc.

Volunteers are integral to our success, and together we can make this a great event for all. Below is a summary of details. All volunteers will receive a document with all pertinent event information the week before the Golf Tournament.

Date: Sunday, July 16, 2022

Location: Los Robles Greens, 299 South Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361

Dress Code: Please wear a shirt with a collar, chinos/slacks (NO jeans please), and comfortable shoes. Momentum will provide polo shirts for all volunteers.

Parking: Free, self-parking in private lot

Food: Depending on your shift, there will be

Continental Breakfast
Boxed Lunch (ham, turkey, or tuna sandwiches with chips, cookie)
BBQ Buffet Dinner

Shifts:

7am-7pm (includes two 30 minute breaks)
7am-3pm (includes one 30 minute break)
7am-11am
11am-7pm (includes one 30 minute break)
3pm-7pm

Job Duties:

Load-in and Set Up
Registration/Check-in
Assist with activities at holes
Assist with program/awards
Runners
Break Down and Load-out
